The form collects your name, email, optional company, topic and message. We use them to respond to your enquiry and handle the resulting conversation, not to subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send confidential client information.

Delivery and storage

Your message is passed to our team through our email provider. This website does not store form contents in a database. Mail-delivery systems may retain technical logs and copies of messages that could not be delivered. Correspondence may remain in our business mailbox to handle the enquiry and any legal obligations. Contact us for information about retention or deletion.

Ask Eva

Ask Eva offers a product guide and, when connected, an optional AI conversation. Before sending, the panel identifies the configured AI processor. Sending shares your message and recent conversation with that processor to generate a reply. If the connection changes, earlier messages are not forwarded to the new connection and you are asked to review the notice before resending. Do not submit confidential or client data. We do not save chat transcripts in a database, browser storage or analytics; the conversation remains in the current page until cleared or reloaded. Provider processing and retention depend on the selected service and its account settings; clearing this panel does not delete requests already processed by that service. Temporary, hashed connection counters help limit abuse. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs. The chat cannot send enquiries or access your accounts. Optional analytics

Google Analytics is not enabled on this version. We do not load Google analytics services.

Essential operation and protection

Fonts and images are hosted here. Your analytics choice is stored locally on your device for up to 180 days. Your pause or resume preference for decorative motion stays on your device until you change it or clear this site's browser data. Temporary connection information and form tokens help limit spam. The hosting server may keep technical logs to deliver and protect the site.
